Nick is a seasoned investor, advisor, and entrepreneur who has worked at the intersection of technology and government policy for the last 10 years. He brings a profound understanding of the international market and how governments and enterprises can utilise technology for strategic advantage.

Jason is a passionate Technology Executive that believes in unlocking human potential through the right combination of technology and services. Jason has a deep technical background in building and delivering $Bns in diverse solutions across flight-critical systems, national resilience applications, and defence solutions within US, UK, NATO, and their allies.

Naomi has spent a career in defence and national security: from FTSE 100 businesses to start ups. She has overseen some of the largest and most complex aerospace programmes in Europe and delivered multi-$Bns of contracts to UK and overseas governments.

Alexander was previously the Founder and CEO of Cuckoo Broadband, which he grew to become the highest rated broadband supplier for customer service in the UK, leading it to a successful acquisition by the Octopus Investments family. Prior to Cuckoo, Alex worked in HM Treasury in both policy and press roles. Alex also serves in a reserve military unit.

Dan brings over 25 years of experience as a technologist with a knack for entrepreneurship, primarily focusing on leading teams through complex challenges. His professional journey commenced with the creation of an innovative startup that introduced video analytics and data fusion to the police sector.  Subsequently, he has contributed his technical expertise and leadership to the research and development departments of various progressive companies, continuously learning and growing alongside his teams.

Paul started developing software nearly 30 years ago, and has worked with technology startups to multinational corporations delivering innovative solutions to both public and private sectors. Over the last 15 years his focus has been developing and leading people and teams, and is driven to empower others to reach their highest potential.

Rachel is a communications professional with experience handling a range of external affairs functions across the public and private sectors, with a specialist interest in defence and national security. She spent time working as a Press Secretary in the UK Ministry of Defence & Cabinet Office, before joining the tech sector to help build the brands of pioneering companies’ focused on helping the West win. 

Vincenzo’s background in psychology combined with his Masters in UX Research and Design has allowed to work in Financial Services, Payment System, Travel and now in Defence. He drives his team of Researchers and Product Designers to thrive and deliver meaningful experiences to stakeholders and end users. Vincenzo’s strategic design thinking is a vital part of the design process and project delivery. 

With experience in Motorsport, Travel Tech and Defence; Sam is a recruitment leader who has spent the past 8 years in the Technology sector managing talent functions and growing both Scale-up and Enterprise Level businesses.

Brad has developed software for over two decades with significant experience in platform engineering in the Fintech, Motorsport and Energy sectors. He is a keen technologist and passionate about building and empowering autonomous decision making engineering teams who understand their customer relationships and the role they play in fulfilling technical and business strategy. Brad and his teams speak the language of commitment and transparency to be as predictable as they can be for the business.

With a nearly 20 year track record of delivering meaningful and impactful change and products, Simon brings experience working in a wide range of industries including insurance, national security, emergency services, financial services, and defence. At Skyral, Simon makes sure that the work delivered to its customers meets or exceeds everyones’ expectations.

Tim has supported teams to deliver complex technology solutions for almost two decades. With a background developing technical solutions for National Security and Defence customers, his experience has helped him build, organise and lead teams executing projects and developing products across a range of different industries.

Sameer is a seasoned finance professional with a knack for unlocking the potential of Startups and SMEs, supercharging Growth and delivering value at all levels. With expertise in managing multiple rounds of investment raise, Sameer has successfully guided ventures to partial and full exits. His experience launching businesses and setting up operating/commercial models spans the US, Europe, Middle East and the Far East. Sameer is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (US), a member of the Institute of Securities & Investment (UK).
