Nick is a seasoned investor, advisor, and entrepreneur who has worked at the intersection of technology and government policy for the last 10 years. He brings a profound understanding of the international market and how governments and enterprises can utilise technology for strategic advantage.

Jason is a passionate Technology Executive that believes in unlocking human potential through the right combination of technology and services. Jason has a deep technical background in building and delivering $Bns in diverse solutions across flight-critical systems, national resilience applications, and defence solutions within US, UK, NATO, and their allies.

Naomi has spent a career in defence and national security: from FTSE 100 businesses to start ups. She has overseen some of the largest and most complex aerospace programmes in Europe and delivered multi-$Bns of contracts to UK and overseas governments.

Dan brings over 25 years of experience as a technologist with a knack for entrepreneurship, primarily focusing on leading teams through complex challenges. His professional journey commenced with the creation of an innovative startup that introduced video analytics and data fusion to the police sector.  Subsequently, he has contributed his technical expertise and leadership to the research and development departments of various progressive companies, continuously learning and growing alongside his teams.

Nicola began her career as a journalist at BBC News before moving into finance and later technology. With two decades of experience across media, finance, and the tech start-up world, she has enabled CEOs to scale businesses from early stage through to unicorn status, growing teams from 50 people to over 1,000 across multiple international offices. She joined Skyral in June 2024 as Chief of Staff to the Co-Founder and CEO.

Rachel is a communications professional with experience handling a range of external affairs functions across the public and private sectors, with a specialist interest in defence and national security. She spent time working as a Press Secretary in the UK Ministry of Defence & Cabinet Office, before joining the tech sector to help build the brands of pioneering companies’ focused on helping the West win. 

Sameer is a seasoned finance professional with a knack for unlocking the potential of Startups and SMEs, supercharging Growth and delivering value at all levels. With expertise in managing multiple rounds of investment raise, Sameer has successfully guided ventures to partial and full exits. His experience launching businesses and setting up operating/commercial models spans the US, Europe, Middle East and the Far East. Sameer is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (US), a member of the Institute of Securities & Investment (UK).

James is an experienced Operations Manager covering Skyral’s IT, logistics, and internal processes. He is also a veteran and leads Skyral’s internal Armed Forces Network.
